Guangzhou Agricultural Science Research Institute Vegetable Synthesis Testing Station, subjected to Guangzhou Agriculture Science Research Institute, established in 1985. Station passed the authentication of privincial measure, certificated by China Labs Nation Certification Committee in 2004. So, the management and technology of our station have reached requirement of ISO/IEC 17025-1999 Standards. Our station mainly engaged to analysis and research of water, agriculture entironment, soil, farm produce, feedstuff, seeds and others about agriculture. We have passed 204 items of provincial meaure authentication and 126 items of Nation Labs certification.

Our station have 9 technicians, 3 managers, of which 5 are above senior engineers, 3 have master degrees, 3 are graduate student. We have more than 30 instrumnets and machines, among of them, 20 precision instruments worthy of more than ten thousand Yuan, we also have several advanced instruments, such as gas chromatorgaphy-mass(GC-MS), gas ghromatography, High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC), Atom Absorption Spectrophotometer, Amino Acid Analyzer, Auto-Analyzer of Nitrogen, High-Speed Refrigerated Centrifuge, UV Spectrophotometer, PCR, Gel Media System, Inverted Microscope, Microwave Clear System and so on, All worth of these instruments above 5 million Yuan. Total area of labs above 600 square meter.

Resently, our station have carried out a plenty of testing. From 1993 to 2002, in the take-out testing pesticide residue of garden trucks in the vegetable base in Guangzhou popedom and counties, our partiicipant item, The Spreading of Production Tecnology of Guangzhou Non-socail Effects of Pollution Vegetable, station, gain second prize of Guangzhou civial development of science and technology. We have tested that pollution of pesticide residue and plumbum, chrome, cadmium and others heavy metal of Guangzhou vegetable come into the market from 1999 to 2001.From 2001 to now, our station have carred out the quatily authentication of Non-socail Effects of Pollution farm produces and relative testings. We have carried out production entironment and product quality testing for more than 400 Non-socail Effects of Pollution farm produce bases. And now, our station are Non-socail Effects of Pollution testing organization precatived by Farm Produce Quality Security Center of Agriculture Department and Non-socail Effects of Pollution authentication and testing organization precatived by Provicial Agriculture Office.
